Hey Naomi,
First off, we admire your courage to get involved in documentaries- they can be really tough/time consuming, but even more than that we admire your willingness to put a positive message into the world. We wish you strength, persistance, and good health along that process… Unfortunately, Tom will not be able to get involved, he is already on another project! But thank you for asking!
Peace!

Dear Tom,

Such an inspiring film!  Thanks for keeping the message so universal, yet based in reality (or whatever the heck reality is).  And, reminding us that each little positive gesture really makes a difference.

I also fell off my bike, suffered a year-long concussion, with very similar symptoms, and had a whole heck of a lot of time to walk slowly and re-consider how to live my life.

I desire to finish a documentary that will make positive change in a small way: by allowing people to help people.  Obviously you are someone who understands the power of storytelling.  Any chance you can help me get to a rough cut to show funders?

Thank you for considering!

-Naomi

Through equal doses of laughter and tears, A Perfect Match (working title) is a documentary-in-progress that follows the transformative journey of a vibrant and young multiracial woman living with life-threatening leukemia, whose only hope for survival is a ‘perfect’ bone marrow match from a volunteer donor.  Navigating the world of cancer with her sister, the two embark on a campaign to save Erica’s life, while Jaci’s own life is unexpectedly transformed by a relationship that blossoms with Erica’s oncologist.
